[WriteLog] RAC and LOTW

Im trying to sign and upload a Cabrillo log file from 10.55D from the RAC 
contest this year, but LOTW says that its an invalid contest.  I've tried 
closing the space between Canada and Winter, tried removing Winter, tried 
renaming it RAC, etc. 

Obviously, the cabrillo file output from Writelog is not recognized as being a 
valid name by LOTW. 

Any ideas?
