With CT - use the appropriate C2A program which will make an ADIF
file. However CT does not put the class into the ADIF file.
With WL - save as an ADIF file.
Import the two WL ADIFs and the CT ADIF into a NEW WriteLog file.
When I tried importing the CT ADIF into WriteLog, it imported
everything from the CT ADIF except the Class, which is no big deal -
all you need is dupe sheets to submit to the ARRL and you do have the
logs with all the information.
Then make the dupe sheets from WriteLog.
