[WriteLog] Feature request

Just 'test driving' WL for the upcoming November SS contest, I note that
the entry window will accept just about any nonsense in the "Precedence"
element of the exchange.  Would be nice if WL (like several other programs)
would reject invalid keystrokes in that field.
