[WriteLog] Re WL & MMTTY error message on opening

In the pass I seen a post mentionning a cure to remove the following ERROR 
problem when opening WL and MMTTY together.
I lost my copy.
The error is ((( user para.ini + Asian curious caracteres ))).
Is there some one that as kept the repair post note?
