[WriteLog] Keeping Windows / Working with Shortcuts

1) Running 2 monitors and v10.55x:   How do I keep the CW keyboard up on 
the/any screen? Even on the second monitor it pops off.  When I need it, 
it never seems to be there!

2) Is there a way to save the keyboard shortcuts as a separate file?
3) Is there a way to print out the shortcut list that one can scroll 
through in the little setup window?
