Older versions of Writelog used to put the Programs and Contest directories in
the same hierarchy, i.e.:
e:\writelog\programs
e:\writelog\contest
More recent versions now put the contest directory somewhere in the user's "My
Documents" hierarchy. I always end up resetting it back as shown above.
