I have done some research and decided that the ? is in the column
devoted to show the 'Local Multiplierzs' when working a UK stations and
entering their 'County', in sequence like first mult would be one '1'
and the second mult second one would be '2' and non counting a non-new
'Local mult' would be blank. The ? only appears when a non-UK station
worked..
