[WriteLog] CQ WPX RTTY and Cabrillo (10.62h)

Did anyone else have a problem making a Cabrillo log for the CQ WPX RTTY
contest in February (logs due 9 March)?  The only selectable mode categories
were MIXED, CW and SSB, but not RTTY.  I think I ended up taking the MODE out
of the CATEGORY line in the Cabrillo file so it would be accepted by the robot.

I don't remember this happening in previous years.
