[WriteLog] Writelog USER / Programmer Needed for PVRC On-AirReunion Module

I'm looking for a volunteer to re-work the PVRC On-Air Reunion module that was 
produced a couple of years ago. 

I can provide the logging and scoring details, bu not the programming skills! 

The PVRC On-Air Reunion is in June, so time is of the essence!
