[WriteLog] Setting up Writelog to use MMTTY

I'm trying to get WriteLog to use MMTTY.  I've added:

[Rttyrite]
.
.
.
MMTTY_LOCATION=C:\HamStuff\MMTTY\

and restarted WriteLog.  However, MMTTY does not appear in the TNC 
window.  What else must be done?
