I just tried it with my PROIII, and it works as long as the selected window
is the main (logging, QSO entry) window.
In the Configuration section of Writelog.ini, I have the line:
MOUSE_WHEEL_HZ=50
Each click of the mouse wheel changes frequency by 50 Hz.

This does to seem to work for most rigs EXCEPT the Icom 756Pro series!
No matter what I try, I cannot get the mousewheel to control the frequency
with my 756Pro.
If anyone has a solution, I would be pleased to hear it!
