There are PSK contests, and WL does do PSK.
Here are some of the PSK contests coming up in 2008:
Jan 12 Sat 0000 - 2359 070 Club PSKFest - PSK-31
Feb 22-23 Fri 2100 - Sat 2100 Russian PSK WW Contest - PSK31
Mar 24 Mon 0000 - 0400 QRP Homebrewer Sprint - CW/PSK31
Apr 12 Sat 1200 - 1800 (Your LOCAL time) PSK 31 Flavors Contest - PSK
As you can see there are contests, and I only checked thru April of 2008.
