[WriteLog] Apckets spots window

Hi all,

I don't usually bother with the "packet spots" window, but in CQWW CW, I
thought it might be useful, so opened it, and oddly, everything shows as
"out of band" (ie all in RED, and with an X at the beginning of the line).

What setting have I missed?

I also tried it for a RTTY contest, and it still shows everything as out of
band.

Any help?
