[WriteLog] USB micro KEYER II DVK

Hello,

I'm using the latest version of Writelog. So far as I can see there is no
support for the Microham 'USB micro KEYER II' built in DVK. If I'm wrong
perhaps someone can put me right however if it's not supported is there any
plans to add it in the near future.
