[WriteLog] Points per contact

I am running WriteLog v10.65C, January 2008 in the 160 CW WW contest.
Under the "P" column, Points (I'm guessing) it shows "10" for each and every
contact regardless of that contact's location.  Is this a known issue and/or
is anyone else seeing this?
