Several comments:
First, cut numbers only work in conjunction with the % key in the F
messages. So, if you have %3 in F3 and press F3 and it is going to send
serial number ONE, it will sent T-T-1.
Second, there is no reason to define 1 through 8 as themselves. You can
delete those lines.
Third, defining 9 and N is a bad idea, as in certain combinations of
serial numbers you really want to send the nine. For signal reports,
put 5NN into the F key message and get your signal report handled that
way.
