Rick,
I have WL running under Vista Home Premium with no major problems. I
installed 10.63H from a CD ROM, rather than a download file, and then did
the upgrade to 10.65C. At no time did I get the error message you are
seeing. I initially had some problems with WL because I didn't do a FULL
install of the program. Once I figured out that error on my part I
uninstalled and did a FULL install of WL that corrected the problems I was
having. Sorry I can't provide more help.
