[WriteLog] Incremental Tuning of Radio

Hello,
   
  I seem to remember that there is a way to slew the radio frequency up or down
  by use of the keyboard in WL. If so, I cannot find the info about it in the 
help file; or
  maybe I am thinking of another program?
