[WriteLog] 10.67 Download

Attempt to download 10.67 stops at 94% complete. Have tried both Firefox 
and IE. No problems with previous updates. No problems with other 
downloads at other sites. Have seen this mentioned before, but only 
reply seems to be "works fine here". This is not helpful.
