Al,

This is a symptom of the "non-standard" in the FSK standard for keying 
among manufacturers and even across a single manufacturers product line! 
(Meaning, does closing the FSK line produce the Space or the Mark in the 
transmitter?)

There is a menu setting in the Yaesu to invert the FSK keying. Change that 
setting and your RX & TX will be back in synch.
