You can't just download the file for Writelog, there is another step (and you
must save the file in the right place to boot).
Read the installation instructions at http://www.country-files.com/
The Cabrillo file has no multiplier info, so this isn't an issue for submitting
your log, just for getting a claimed score.

20 questions time from me.... :)
This weekend I worked a few TO stations, but WL did not know the country
that the station was in. I loaded the newest country file (TNX AD1C)
and they do not show up properly yet.
Is there a way to say that TO4X = FS?? I looked thru the archives and
did not see that.
