[WriteLog] frequency at re-entry

I have set up Writelog on 15 meters for a contest and saved the 
configuration.  If I exit writelog and then bring it up later selecting the 
same contest, Writelog does not come back up on 15 meters.  Can a monoband 
entry be set that will stay?
