[WriteLog] Freinds name pop-up

OE8CIQ offered a great little program for a while that opened a window
and popped up names when a call was entered into the log window.
Unfortunately, OE8CIQ's web site has been down a long time.  Anyone know
where I can get the program or have a copy they can email me?
