[WriteLog] Generic Daily Use log?

Sorri if this is double posted, I'm trying to figure out how to post here.

I'm taking the advice of AA%AU and setting up WL to use for daily RTTY 
use to get used to how it works prior to contest use.

Is there a generic or daily use log template I should look for or do I 
need to edit/make one from scratch?
