[WriteLog] Help with K3 and radio control

I am having trouble getting Writelog to connect to my new K3 Radio. Radio is
on Com 4 and the K3 utility shows me it is communication at 4800bps.  Dx4win
finds and controls the radio with no problem at all.  This is both a new
radio and new computer, hence not sure where  the problem maybe.

 

Radio : K3

Computer OS: Vista 32 bit

I am using the K3 USB to Serial Adapter.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
