[WriteLog] Writelog is unable to key the WinKeyer 2

I have installed a replacement hard drive on current computer. 
A current copy of WriteLog installed.
The Winkeyer test program works fine; no problem keying it.
Used the first option in Winkeyer to install the USB driver; from software 
(WinKeyer shows comm 4 port).

No error  when comm 4 selected and WinKeyer 2  in WriteLog.

Same result from keyboard or programed function keys.
