[WriteLog] WA state Salmon Run contest

Has anyone updated the Salmon Run contest module to use the new rules?  Some 
are in the definition of MIXED mode: 2 or 3 of the three possible modes.   And 
any mode to count has to have a minimum of 10 contacts in that mode.  Rules are

contest is Sept 19-20

I cannot find a revision date on the existing Salmon Run module in WriteLog.
