Garry - I checked my spam file and there is nothing there.  I would expect that
since I had asked Writelog for a hard copy(CD).  Some people have defended Ron
because he is having medical problems and maybe in hospital.  My problem
started in March,  prior to his notification of not taking any more business
until early May.  Plus, I have called four times without a response.  What a
way to run a business and not caring for possible future customers.  Thanks,
Dan KC6BIF

Check to see if there is another spam/junk filter that you may not be aware of.
I complained about no response a month ago and it turned out that Ron had sent
my renewal info each time--and each time it had been snagged by either my gmail
front end, or my spam filter. I got the info three times.

Ron and Wayne- I wrote to you last week about not receiving the CD for the
Writelog program.  I have yet to receive a response from you or anybody else at
Writelog.  I also called Ron today but no answer and or response.  I also
reviewed my spam program in my email account but nothing from Writelog.  So,
again, I ask you to please respond to either send the CD or refund my money.
