[WriteLog] Cabrillo file from customized log

Can anyone tell me how I produce a Cabrillo file from a customized log? 

If I produce a custom log with some unusual contest exchanges as in the recent 
RSGB ROPOCO Contest, then I go to 'Contest' in the toolbar, the 'Cabrillo File' 
choice is greyed out and I can't select it.
