Thanks to all that replied to my question. I learned that the correct method
is to paste the Cabrillo text into the box at the following link.

It was surprisingly easy and returned an instantaneous confirmation. Very
warm and fuzzy.

I e-mailed my Cabrillo file for the NAQP as usual and it was undeliverable.
I tried 3 times. This is not a contest robot rejection message. It is a mail
server problem. And my mail server is working fine. I have been sending and
receiving other e-mails without any difficulties.
I'm using the address from the NCJ website. Anyone else having this problem.
