[WriteLog] Help! WAE ALT+R doesn't bring up QTC receive...

I'm working the WAE Phone contest and decided after all these years to try 
doing some QTCs...

If I press ALT+S I get the normal "Send QTCs" window, no problem.

If I press ALT+R I get the Radio Menu Bar drop-down. ???

How do I either program it to function properly, or, can I select "Receive 
QTCs" manually?
