[WriteLog] Intermittant garbage keyed.

Reading the comments on the keying problems with the new 10.81F I just 
wanted to say that I didn't notice any problems at this station.  Everything 
was smooth and I used the Numeric Keypad to send my FKey messages.  Worked 
smooth as silk.

FWIW: FT-950, no interface, 5 element beam, HF9V Vertical & 80 meter short 
Van Gordon dipole.
