[WriteLog] LOCATION IS DROPPED

The ARRL robot refuses to accept my log for the recent DX Contest because my 
location is missing.   

I am putting MO in the location blank but when I look at the header in the log 
attached to the e-mail going to ARRL there is no location shown.  

What stupid mistake am I making?
