I have just spent a half hour looking for information on the Winkey
setup, in the menu bar, in the Help file and in a pdf version of the
Help that can be searched by word, trying to figure out how to fix my
Winkey init problem. As far as I can tell, the only info on Winkey is
in the ini file options and in the revision history. What am I missing?
