[WriteLog] Cabrillo file problem

Phil,

I'm running version 10.84 here and the cabrillo is not greyed out.  What 
version are you using?  Do you have the corrct contest chosen; in my version 
it says "SP DX RTTY".  RVG is not mentioned.
