[WriteLog] Configure two rigs

Hi Guys

Well Jim AD1C  and Geoffrey KA1IOR  mentioned Barry W5GN.
who had the answer to my problem did not post it in a way all
could see.    As i thought it was really a simple fix.  The second 
radio a ts870 needed to operate at 9600 baud not the default
setting in ports setup window.  Ya I know I should of tried that
one myself. Oh well thanks again Barry,
