[WriteLog] Makrothen Cabrillo Header changes required

Make sure you go to the Makrothen website and read what is required in the 
Cabrillo header.

Click on Log Templates on the left hand side.

You will need to change the CONTEST from Makrothen Contest to TMC-RTTY.
Also you will need to change your CATEGORY to one that is listed on the website.
