The typical causes of "no DVK audio on transmit" are:
1) failing to set a PTT
2) routing audio to an inactive input (line in SSB, mic in AFSK)
3) being in the "wrong" part of the band if frequency dependent
routing is selected (with transceivers that don't provide a
dedicated AFSK mode).
