Does anybody know where the "English" rules are located for the upcoming SP DX
RTTY Contest are located? Maybe I'm missing something, but I went to the rules
URL in the WA7BNM web site and I get the Polish Version.
I tried to translate it but that is a disaster.
When I choose the SP DX RTTY in Writelog and want to setup the Parameters, I
get a window to type in something called "Voivodeship". Does anybody know what
that is?
