Ah another problem exists. You just updated to Windows 7? If so you have
to turn TELNET on in the operating system. It come deactived by default.
To enable it do the following.
Start
Control Panel
Programs And Features
Turn Windows features on or off
Check Telnet Client
Hit OK
Once you enable it you should be fine.
