[WriteLog] Bartg Sprint - Anomaly

Had the following message pop up, randomly at least to me, during the
Sprint:

 

            Failed to write to journal file.

            Journaling Stopped!

 

Never have encountered this one before.

 

Anyone have any idea what may have caused or what needs to be corrected?
