[WriteLog] Packet Spot window

I am running WL 10.15A on both PCs with
WIN XP as the O/S on both.  On one PC, I have the Packet Spot
window showing the time of the spot.  With the
same installation on the second PC, I cannot get the
time to show.  Where it does show, I am using
VE7CC cluster .  On the second PC, I am running DXTelnet.
Any explanation?
