[WriteLog] WriteLog 11.16 Released

Hi Folks,

WriteLog version 11.16 is a free upgrade for anyone who
has purchased the full version of WriteLog since Oct 2012.
This excludes the "Newbie" version, which does not
include any free upgrades.  If you are running an earlier
version, go here to purchase a new registration code:

WriteLog 11.16 includes the following new features/fixes:

* Update scores to cqcontest.net directly.
* Save/Restore most cabrillo settings in .wl file.
* SSB message sending shifted messages is restored
  to keyboard shortcuts named MessageShiftPhnn.
* Message sending of those associated with the Entry window
  column headers is now on the new keyboard shortcuts
  named MessageColumnn.
