[WriteLog] Location of .ini file

"Coming from XP, the biggest 'gotcha' you will have to surmount is the 
Virtual Store path location where Win7 will place key elements of the WL 
Programs
 folder and a Windows folder for your writelog.ini file"......can you 
elaborate on just where the writelog.ini file used at startup is 
located?  I can never seem to remember where the actual file used to 
initiate the startup is found and not sure I have the correct one loaded
 there.  I have one for RTTY and one for SSB.  TNX....
