For the life of me, I could not make the Contest | Show Multipliers
window move. I did as you describe above, but as soon as my mouse
pointer moved outside the window boundaries, my cursor returned to the
arrow pointer and any potential dragging ended. I finally had to
undock the window (via the INI file setting) to restore the pre-11.17
behavior.
