I am somewhat mystified why RTTY contesters send TOO for 599 in a RTTY
Contest or 5NN. Are they saving anything (characters or time)?

I was about to argue that 5NN wastes time, but I think "599<space>"
and "5NN<space>" take the same amount of time to transmit. However,
"5NN-" takes longer to transmit than "599-".
