Alt-K toggles in and out of keyboard mode. ESCape also exits keyboard mode.

I cannot remember the CNTRL or ALT key to get into the RTTY mode where you
can freely type.
I cannot track it down in the help file either unless I am looking at the
wrong place.
Any help would be appreciated.
