[WriteLog] CW speed change - how?

My version is: 10 69 D.  Am trying to slow down cw speed for upcoming FISTS 
sprint this weekend.  Went to HELP file and came up with a blank page 
except for the heading.  Tried several methods on my own with no success.  
The program does key the FT-2000 with programmed messages - no problem.  
But the speed is too high.  What are the correct steps to change down to 
about 18 w.p.m.?      TNX & 73      Ed - W2HTI
