[WriteLog] Oklahoma QSO Party - 10m CW sub-band incorrectly defined

WriteLog v10.76H
10 meter contacts are marked with a red B.  The SHOW BANDS drop down 
displays
28300 khz to 29700 khz    LSB USB FM AM
28300 khz to 29700 khz    CW FSK

Creating a new sub-band (28000 khz to 28500 khz) with Edit Sub-bands in 
the WriteLog group does not fix the problem.
Anyone have a fix?
