A little research shows this PCI card with Windows 7 drivers:

When it comes to USB cards there are several inexpensive boxes that
work well using the built-in USB Audio Class drivers:

All $50 or less - and all appear to be sold under multiple brands from
other sources. That is the internals are a fab shop product with a
slightly different case and different nameplate. For example, the
first one is also available from Byterunner.com

No relation to NewEgg.com - they happen to be a convenient place to
research product availability.

Hello everyone...Just wanted to get some ideas for replacing the SB live
card I had in my computer when

I was using XP. It appears this card is not supported in win7 so I need to
replace it.

Any suggestions for both internal PCI cards and external usb type soundcards
are most welcome.

I want to be able to decode rtty and send wavefiles (voicekeyer) in
writelog.

I would like to hear what others are having success with in this situation.

Thank-you in advance
